Shipping Policy

At Zinia, we strive to take the utmost care in processing and fulfilling your orders. Our promised delivery times become binding only when confirmed by us in writing.

Delivery times

Standard shipping in Belgium: delivery within 3 to 5 working days
Personalized or customized products: delivery within 20 to 30 working days. The exact delivery date will be communicated with you in advance
Standard shipping in Europe: delivery within 7 working days
Standard shipping outside Europe: delivery within 10 working days

Exceeding delivery time:

In the unlikely event that a delivery time cannot be met, we will notify you immediately and take measures to minimize the delay. Zinia is not liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, provided we make every effort to minimize the delay.

Payments and Returns

  • Payment Personalized Orders: Payment for personalized items is made after your request has been approved. This is done on the agreed date or within the time period communicated, and no later than 30 days from the date of the order.
  • Returns for Failed Delivery: If a package cannot be delivered after three delivery attempts and is returned to our warehouse, we will contact you twice within four weeks. If you do not respond within this period, your order will be cancelled and refunded, less shipping costs.

Shipping costs in Europe:

Shipping costs are dropped if the order exceeds €500.

Below this amount, costs will be charged:

Belgium: €6.5
Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg: €10
France: €15,50
United Kingdom: €25
Other country in Europe: €20

Shipping costs outside Europe:

Shipping costs outside Europe are standard €50.

Return and Refund Policy.

At Zinia, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

How to return:

1. Preparation: Before returning a product, please contact us via email: info@zinia-belgium.be. We will give you further instructions for the return.

2. Packaging: Pack the unused item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents (such as instructions, warranty cards, and certificates of authenticity), along with the packing slip. We recommend that you protect the product properly during transportation.

3. Restrictions: Items that are incomplete, damaged, dirty, or in a condition indicating use cannot be refunded or exchanged.

4. Personalized Items: Items manufactured and/or customized at the customer’s request, such as Zinia shoes, cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene or health reasons, once removed from their original packaging.

Important Details:

– Return shipment: Return shipments should be provided with a track-and-trace code. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless there is an error on our part.

– No replacements: Zinia does not offer replacement items for returned products. However, you can always order a new product through our webshop.

– Wrong or damaged items: If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please return it within 48 hours of receipt. In this case, Zinia will cover all return costs. Please report damage by email at: info@zinia-belgium.com.

Right of Withdrawal:

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us in writing of your decision to cancel the order.
